Our Story

Fairfield Sausage Co. began with something simple: a love of hunting and a desire to feed our family better. We wanted meats that were wholesome, flavorful, and free from the fillers and additives that didn’t belong on our table. Before long, friends and neighbors started asking for the sausages and specialty meats we were making at home, and what began as a hobby quickly grew into something more.

With time, we decided it was time to turn this into a full-fledged family business. From those first small batches shared with friends to today’s certified production, every step has been rooted in the same care, craft, and commitment to quality that started it all.

What makes this journey meaningful isn’t just the food — it’s the people. Most of our growth has come through word of mouth, and nothing compares to seeing someone’s face light up when they taste our products for the first time.
